What's the best way to study to study for NBDE Part I?

What's the best way to study to study for NBDE Part I? I've heard of the Kaplan campus programs but want to know if anyone has any advice about studying for the exam and what books they should use. I have the Kaplan notes, Kaplan Qbank, DentalDecks 2004 and 2008, passed released papers from 70s - 2005, some unreleased papers, and Rudman questions. I've done all these things, but still I would like to have a higher score. What do you suggest?
