What's the best way to use firecracker?

Just finished MS1, and I am thinking about starting to use FC starting now. I've been using it intermittently over the first year, but find very little time for it. What is the best efficient way to start using FA now and throughout second year? Is it recommended to flag all topics that I've already learned and just do them randomly? Or is it better to do them section by section?

Also, is it even possible to run through all of the flashcards? If I flag everything I've already learned, there must've been thousands and thousands of flashcards already. How is it possible to even run thru all the cards multiple times (for the repetition?!)??
