What's the difference between NBME and Step 1

Stupid question but I seriously don't know if they are one in the same or if they are different.
I googled "What's the difference between NBME and Step 1" but couldn't find anything.

I think there are multiple sub-tests under NBME. And USMLE Step 1 is just one of them.

By the way, NBME is just a name of the organization, not a test.

Yeah, it's so weird but everyone on SDN refers to the NBME's CBSE as just NBME.
