Someone was saying at least a month for AMCAS to get it and send it to schools. Someone else was saying 60 days.

Does the AAMC by any chance post your MCAT scores online before a month's time? Or does it really take them a whole month to feed the answer sheets through the scoring machine?

How can you think about anything else? It's like the proverbial pink elephant

Haha - easier said than done.

PS - "roles" - haha

Doesn't take too long to run the scantrons through, but it DOES take a long time to have your essays graded three times.

I can tell you your scores right now for $100.

You will probably get your scores on Oct. 20.

This one sorta a similar question I have. Does MCAT actually send the scores directly to the schools you have designated or is it our responsibility to mail/notify the schools of our scores?

Yes it takes AMCAS that long to grade the writen, curve all the tests, then (FINALLY) complie all the stats apparently. Wish is were faster, but its not.

Good luck

MCAT scores will be released on the THX system in approximately 2 months. For the april test takers, it was released the day before the 2-month mark.

As for schools also getting your scores, it's possible. I've received a few recruiting letters/brochures which start off with "based on your great performance on the April MCAT" blah blah blah, so it's possible. ALL schools will receive your MCAT scores via AMCAS though.
