I know that the DO timeline runs longer, but what are the "landmarks" or deadlines people should be aware of? I'm guessing Thanksgiving isn't a fast rule? What's early considered for primaries/secondaries? What's considered on time and late? How long does the timeline run for?

I think it really varies. I was complete for 8 DO schools mid August and have received 3 interviews resulting in 1 acceptance, 1 WL and 1 where I haven't heard. I've also been rejected from one.

If I submit my primaries now where would I be in the process?

Late. Schools have been sending out acceptances for a while now, and classes are filling up fast. If you didn't get your secondaries in by now, you're late. You might still get an interview, and possibly get in assuming your stats and ECs are good, but late is late.

DO Schools have been much faster and more receptive than MDs. Though, they are much less kind at the interviews lol

It's not hard to figure out (or at least, be 99% sure) Goro's school if you really want to know, but don't discuss it on SDN! It's a huge violation of the privacy terms and can get you banned 😕

You'd have to be the worst detective on the planet to not figure out which school Goro is a part of.
