This anti abortion guy with an amazing personality just happened to be standing on a sidewalk minding his own business near an abortion clinic when a random car appears out of nowhere onto the sidewalk and uses its magic electrical numbing hood with a special affinity for fingers to hit him and luckily he just happened to be filming just because and yet there is no video evidence. Then the article nonchalantly mentions a lawsuit from 4 years prior because it was completely relevant

I usually ski with my kids. If my child fell into him and he went on a rampage and hit them, I'd probably beat him to death in "self defense" protecting my child. As they say, check yourself before you wreck yourself. It's skiing, accidents happen. Some adult beating a kid is gonna get crushed.
The other incident sounds like mostly nonsense. He probably was trying to block his path and put his hand out and got it hit. Then he's surprised nobody cared. Just get out of the way and protest away.
