Why Your Pharmacy May Be Texting You
some questions and disturbing responses from the CIO. scriptsync for example, they charge money for the few days supply b/c the insurance says refill too soon. u cannot sync them if the insurance won't pay. and so what's the point? .... and from the company perspective. if scriptsync reduces less time a customer comes in to pickup scripts, guess what happens with less footsteps? less sales? the next kit kat bar will expire. the next cheetos will remain untouched. .... and the pharmacist perspective? when the refill runs out, it becomes out of sync. and how often does that happen? >_<
