Just wondering what your experiences (or those who have heard others stories) have been with taking time off of rotations for interviews. I'm not quite sure how to go about scheduling them. How many days can I take off from each rotation? How do you set them up if you don't know what your schedule in a particular rotation will be? Any ideas/hints?

Thanks.

My school has specific guidelines for this.

We have one month where we hve no assigned clinical duties, plus we may take 4 days on the months surrounding that interview month.

I'm taking 6 weeks for interviews. Nice break from things and that way I don't step on anyone's toes by trying to do it during a rotation. My school is very liberal about this and recommends taking 1-2 months for it.
