I think it's a good idea for a thread. Like telling people your real first name is going to lead to identity theft or something? I've often wondered people's real first names on SDN.

Less of an identity theft issue... more of an issue with the fact that Adcoms DO read SDN and people do say things on here that might best be left anonymous.

Good point. Although it may not be too hard for them to figure out my identity if they wished. I would like to think that I havn't said anything too bad on here, other than some jokes between friends.

I will be brave. My real name is Sean. There were two other Sean's in my high school class of 100, but their names were spelled Shawn. It got kind of confusing, especially with us playing volleyball.
