Are you logging into check for a decision or just status of application? Do you know if they post the decision online? I submitted my app a while back and haven't heard anything from UNC.. but all of my app materials have been received.

Does anyone know about UNC? 😕

Decision...although I'm applying to MCH and last year people reported being notified by phone so I have no clue if checking is useful or not.

I spoke with UNC today. They told me that they usually don't send out anything notifying you that your application is complete-only if something is missing. Check your online application.

Do not worry if the graduate school hasn't uploaded your transcripts yet. As long as the department has received them, you're okay.

The nice woman I spoke to said my application was going to committee review on Monday!

What dept? I am pretty jealous. I'm pretty sure the MCH dept. doesn't make a majority of their decisions until mid January so I have a long wait. Trying to distract myself with holiday cheer until then. 🙂

I hope the rolling process applies to the Epi dept as well. This waiting game is killing me! Although I applied to the PhD program so I'm not expecting the best..

Has anyone applied to Columbia? I submitted my app with them and it seems like it's taking forever for them to update my supp. documents. I was wondering if anyone has heard from them or knows if they are rolling or not??

Hmm, your post got me to thinking and I just logged in. It says my application is "incomplete" although they said they received all things such as transcripts, GREs, letters, and application fee. That is weird.

I got an email backf from UNC today saying that my application is under review! So nervous! The good part is that ill hopefully hear soon!

Yes! That is exactly my problem. They've received everything but it still says incomplete. What is up with that?? It has stayed that way for weeks now. It is very frustrating because if they're rolling, it's keeping my app from being reviewed.

Yes, I applied to Columbia. I spoke with someone in admissions and they said they have all of my material but it will take awhile for it to be reflected on in the online system. They seem to be behind.

If you call them, they'll be able to tell you what's going on with your application on the spot. I think there may be something going on with their application system.

I submitted my transcripts back in early November and they didn't update my online system until I e-mailed them about it. They received my GRE scores back in July because they were one of my four free report but that's still not still not reflected in my application. 😡 I'm not too worried because I don't think the deadline is until February but I made it a point to get all of these things over with by December. Just annoyed. I'm glad I'm not the only one though! I was worried about it!

Interview invite from Minnesota MHA program!

December 1st: SOPHAS mails my application

December 4th: Minnesota acknowledges that they have my application. At this point, my application was incomplete because SOPHAS never added my GRE scores 😡 I have a message saying that once my app becomes complete, my application will be sent to committee review.

December 7th: My application becomes complete.

December 10th: Interview invite!

I got an interview invite from Ohio State this week for the MHA program. Still waiting on six other schools.
