When are classes (prereq's) too old?

Just wondering about my physics prereq's...probably took physics in 1993 or 1994. Is there an expiration date on these courses? Thank you.

Depends on the school.

I finished undergrad before you took your physics class and all of my credits were accepted. I recommend that you call up the admissions office of the school(s) you're planning on applying to and ask them.
