When are recent submitters getting AMCAS processed?

Hey, I submitted my amcas on july 27th; Im still 'active'; just curious whether people that submitted around the same time have had their amcas processed? Thanks!

All of my transcripts were in on the 27th as well, and I'm not verified either. Its honestly starting to freak me out- although I have gotten 4 secondaries already. Do you guys think I need to call AMCAS?

Well it says to allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing, so I wouldn't worry yet...

I submitted on the 22nd of July and was processed on the 4th of August. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be processed by the end of this week/beginning of next.

I submitted the 26th of July, and was processed on the 5th of August...my transcript was in about a week and a half before the submission date. I'm sure you'll hear something by tomorrow.

I would gently remind this week (when you get a chance) whoever still hasn't filled out your LORs that you need them soon. That seemed to work the best for me. You'll need them sooner if your school uses a letter service.

why is it that i need them sooner; are there deadlines on LOR's; The doc who is my lab PI is always busy and its hard to pin him down; hes out for another wk on some trip; will i be in trouble if i dont get my LOR's within two wks? I realize it will delay my app but do schools give strict deadlines? Apparently northwestern does; how about others...?

Yes, just like some secondaries, there are deadlines for LOR's. Usually about a month after you receive the secondary.

It took 5 weeks for me. That was 5 weeks from the date everything was received in.
