With science gpa, what can I include. Stat, calc ?
Any class where the primary focus is math, chemistry, biology or physics. Stats and Calc would definitely be included. Any course with a MAT, CHM, etc. prefix to the course number would be BCMP (science). Some courses with different prefixes would be included as well, if they primarily focus on biology, chemistry, physics or math.

What about remedial math class? For example, MTH098. It is my general understanding these courses are not included in GPA...?

If the answer is not there, the ONLY way to get it is to contact the application service you are using. Nobody is going to be able to tell you otherwise conclusively.
