I won't be verified by AACOMAS for another two weeks but I am working on some secondaries. Do I need to wait until my primary has been sent out to send the secondaries? What about the LORs?

Send them ASAP. You might check with the specific schools, but most will put them in a file and match them up with primaries when they get them, the same with LOR's. The important thing is to send them in immediately since the interview process has already begun.
