When can schools see my application?

Do schools see my application only when it gets verified or after it's submitted? There was a delay in the verification process because my school sent the wrong transcript 😡 The deadline for one of the schools I'm applying to is tomorrow and my application is still not verified so I'm freaking out

The application has to be submitted with the fees for the schools to start viewing your application.
