When do evaluators get the link from AADSAS to send the recommendation letter?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew when the evaluators get the link from ADEA AADSAS to send their letters of recommendation in? Is it when you actually e-submit the application or when you put their contact info down into the dental application? Thankss!

It should be right after you put their information in.
