When do I apply if im taking classes in the fall?

Im taking the mcat at the end of this summer, and will be taking two classes or so at the Harvard Extension Program to boost my credentials.
Do I apply after i finish those 2 classes?

i have taken all of the pre-reqs and will have also taken biochem by this summer too.

My question is, if i apply by sept i dont feel that my application is complete until im done with the classes in boston...

Apply early and then send in your updated transcripts. Make sure though that the schools are aware that you are taking classes that you expect to do well in and will send the grades when you get them. I sent a kind of cover letter to the schools so that they knew my deal because I was taking a class this spring.

When exactly are you taking your MCAT? If you are taking your MCAT in September or later and you have no been scoring 28+ on practice tests, I would consider holding off till next cycle (you definitely don't want to be applying in Dec/Jan though you could be successful with strong stats).

Otherwise, submit your application as soon as possible in June/July and enter in future coursework. Also, do what the poster above suggested. Your application will be considered complete even with outstanding coursework, as long as you have a MCAT score.
