I'm applying for the 2016 cycle in June 2016 so I was wondering when I need to send my transcripts to ADEA AADSAS? Can I send them now and then whenever I apply they will send them to the schools I'm applying to or do I wait and send them in June when I'm going to apply?

You can't do anything until the application opens in June.

As soon as the cycle opens I sent in all my transcripts so they don't become an issue later. They have a form you can print out and send to the schools that have your transcripts.

Is there anything with my application I should complete now?

Start working on personal statement and getting letter of rec writers. I asked all of mine to be completed by mid June. Also start researching schools you want to apply too and figure out their supplemental materials so your ready come application time. Also take the DAT if you haven't.

I took the DAT

TS - 20
PAT - 21
QR - 18
RC - 21
BIO - 19
GC - 20
OC -23

Should I take it agin?

Personally, I don't think you need to retake it -- the scores look pretty good! You should definitely get into some schools, just do a bit of research on each one that you are interested in and see how your scores match. For many schools, those numbers will be at or better than the average scores, whereas for a few others it may be below (UCLA, Columbia, Harvard, Penn, etc.) but remember, they are giving averages so there are still students accepted with stats lower than their averages.

It looks OK to me! If you want to retake, do you think you will definitely improve? Taking it again and getting a lower AA looks really bad and everything is above 18 so you really shouldn't risk it unless you really think you can get a higher score and still maintain 18+ on every section. Additionally, how does the rest of your application look like? I got into Penn with a 19 AA, 19 TS and 20 PAT so they're really looking for holistic applicants 🙂

Should I just get a physical letter of rec then? Do you mail it to AADSAS or does it need to be digital?

You can do either digital or physical. If you do digital, you put in their email and they get sent a site where they can upload them. If you do physical, there's a form you have to have attached when they mail it in.

I would start asking people in a couple of months and tell them that it will be due in June.

You can do either as @fogorvostan has said but you shouldn't ever see your letters of recommendation. You can give up your rights to see it when you enter the people who are your writers into AADSAS. I have been told by admissions people that you should waive your rights to see it because otherwise they may think that you are having multiple people write you one and then picking the best ones. Your letter of recommendation writers can either mail it in or email it. Mine all emailed as that is a lot easier and quicker than physical mail but that's up to your letter writers.
