So, I have been reading a lot about ppl who r interviewing and getting accepted (congrats btw, if that was any of you)

and I was wondering when most schools begin to interview.

I won't be getting my mcat retake back till beg of september and am worried that I am getting behind. I've submitted all the secondaries and most schools who have said anything to me have said they want to see how i do on the mcat.

I'm just getting really anxious

I think you will be in good shape! It seems like LECOM-E/B interview the earliest (people do not realize that LECOM-E only had one interview in July and then waited until August for another, PLENTY of spots left). From reading the CIB and older school threads, it seems like the bulk of interviews start early September and then go all the way through March. As long as you have all your other application materials ready to go it should end well.

Im in the same boat as you and people already getting acceptances kinda scared me. I also dont have the highest GPA so I got even more scared lol. I guess all we can do is do the best we can on the MCAT and just hope we still have a shot.

While there are schools that start their interview processes REALLY early (and you might be too late to behind to really pursue those unless you are very competitive), there are many like mine that don't do any interviews until October. It is definitely not too late for that! Last year I had all my stuff in by mid to late Aug and had an interview in early Dec. It all depends on the school however and honestly even the year. Sometimes schools will continue interviewing even though technically their class is full- however that is for a purpose, just remember that! Many people will accept a seat and then change their minds so the waitlist isn't always so bad. All you can at this point, since you've submitted everything, is KILL that MCAT, which based on your return date for you score, I assume you haven't retaken yet. Good luck!
