I know residency programs find out who matched earlier than the applicants and can't tell us, but when do the programs actually find out who matched at their programs.

They get their list of matched applicants one day sooner:

"On Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. eastern time of Match Week, the NRMP posts each program's Confidential Roster of Program's Matched Applicants."

"At 11:30 a.m. eastern time on Tuesday of Match Week, program directors and institutional officials learn whether their programs filled."
