When do programs make rank list?

Just curious, I have heard both Jan. and Feb.

I am wondering so that I can schedule a second look/have the chair see my name in the OR, at one of the programs I interviewed at.

i think it varies from program to program.... some programs have told me they meet in mid february a couple days before rank lists are due....another told me the third week in january. if they won't tell you directly you can figure it out by their last interview date...it is probably within a week after that. either way i think before jan 15th is safe for second looks. someone was doing one at an interview i was at last friday....
