Most of those schools won't hand out rejections until may or later.

I don't believe they've sent out a whole lot either. Yeah, from what I see on SDN there haven't been many.

Boston has sent out a lot from what I can tell. Looks like there's around 3 interview groups of 10 every week for the past 1.5 months

There are still post dec 1 interviews. There will be a wave of interview invites after that. I think you should start thinking reapply in feb if you haven't heard anything.
