When do schools send out their first acceptance invites?

Hey guys a third year applicant here. After this year, I was unable to get into any schools of my choice. I got wait listed a couple of places but its looking pretty bleak for me right now. I wanted to apply a third time around after giving the DAT again and shadowing a bit more. I wanted to know if I applied as soon as possible the day it opens when will I start hearing back from universities that I have been invited for an interview or even acceptance.

earliest date possible for an acceptance notification is Dec. 1st. this could either be through AADSAS portal, phone call, or e-mail. depends on the school.

early interview invites usually go out from august-september I believe. this also depends on the school. hope this helps!

MWU, Nova and I want to say Case started handing out interviews (and rejections 😛)in mid-july, last year. Dec 1st is indeed the first day to be notified of an acceptance.

If your OCD (like most of us)... its Nov 30th for some schools.... ever heard of "BLANK THEORY"?
