When do they read essays?

So, I've been receiving secondaries but I wont have my mcat scores until mid august. I've turned in a few secondaries already and was wondering if they read my personal statement already and read my secondaries before my mcat score gets to them.Or are they going to wait until my mcat is in and then start reading my essays?

When I get your packet, it's the complete file. Until then, our admissions office will sit on it.
