Hi,

If you are accepted to a PT school, how long do you have to decide and commit? Since each school has it's own timeline, what if you have an early interview and acceptance, but have to wait a few weeks or even months to find out about other schools you may have gotten into?

If you applied for early decision, you basically committed to taking their acceptance if you received it. Thats why you can't apply to other schools meanwhile. Some schools say within a few days to a few weeks from what I've heard. You could always put a deposit to hold you spot and then just not have it refunded if you chose to go somewhere else. I think it's worth it if you are trying to hold out for you favorite school and you eventually get it after an early acceptance.
