All of my secondaries were complete 8/6-8/11. Is it safe to say I should know where I'm going by first or second week of January?

Hard to tell just by your stats honestly, you have a good MCAT. If you get II's within the next few months then I'd say you will know where you are going by January most definitely!

Thanks for the feedback. Don't most schools usually give II's or rejections within 6-ish weeks though? So theoretically, I should either be rejected or have II's by October...?

Have you received interviews? If yes and you aren't a terrible interviewer, then yes you should know by long before January. If you haven't received any interviews, don't get ahead of yourself. No one is guaranteed a spot, you have the numbers to do well, but any spot you have is yours to lose if you go into interviews with the mentality that you already have it locked up before the interview.

I got my first interview from Western; I set it for 9/25. I didn't mean to come across like I think it's locked up. I'm saying, assuming I get II's and assuming I interview well, and assuming a school wants to accept me....whats the timeline looking like..

It depends on the time. If you apply now the turnaround seems to be a few weeks as supposed to a month. If your secondaries were complete I can bet you will begin getting II's very soon unless there is some red flag in your application that is causing them to put your review on hold.

It's hard to give definitive answer because every applicant has a different timeline and each school has a different style in accepting students. Some schools may fill up early while others not so much. Other schools may hand out interviews like candy which means many applicants have the notion that their acceptance is in the bag. They find out they're rejected and have to wait two more months into january before another II is offered to them.

Simply put: be ready for anything. It's bound to be stressful and emotionally toiling.

You should know by November - December.

I was complete in September. I interviewed in November at most of my schools and was done by January. This was during the busy part of the cycle. Randomly I got a very last minute II in May.

It's pretty variable but most people with respectable stats know in 3 months after completion where they want to end up.

This is really school-specific. Some schools go quickly from secondary to ii/rejection, while others just let your app sit for a few months before deciding what to do with it. If you get 3-4 iis by mid-Oct I think it's safe to say you'll know about at least one acceptance by December.
