When do you update?

For those schools that asked, I told them I planned to get a scribe job, volunteer with a medically-based non-profit and an underserved population on a regular basis. I am now in a place where I've been doing those things for 2-6 weeks. When do I update? Do I wait until like January, when I have more to talk about and they haven't rejected me, but haven't given an II. OR do I do it now, hoping it turns rejections into II?

So far, I have two II, no rejections.
