When does IBR loan payment amount change?

Just curious if anyone out there has had their loan payment amount change based on federal tax filings? It is my understanding that they will automatically recalculate your IBR payment with your new AGI. Anyone experience this yet?

I believe mine happened in February. I'm required to update my information every December, which works out well given that I just send in last year's income tax returns.
