done 2000 Rx q's subject based and 1 full pass through FA (except biostat) all alongside my coursework since Jan 1. I just recently switched to UW after getting ~70-85% on most sections in Rx, and am getting rocked. avg 47-55% on random.

So, when does everything finally click?? I'm worried I will be stuck at 50% forever!

Are you taking the time to take notes and carefully review the answers (both right and wrong) when you are doing all these questions? You should see a solid uphill trend if so. For success on Step 1 you need quantity as well as quality. Keep at it. With careful, dedicated studying it will come.

From what I've heard Rx questions are nothing like UWorld questions (I've never done Rx questions) in that UWorld requires a lot more 2-3 step reasoning and linking of concepts. I wouldn't worry too much about starting at 50%.
