When does Midwestern alternate list start to move?

Is anyone from alternate list accepted yet?

or should we wait until 3rd round of acceptances are sent out (if there is such thing as 3rd round, or was 2nd round the last one?).

I believe they still have inteviews through March. So i don't know when they start on the waitlisted.

I emailed Dean Gilpatrick about this a few weeks ago...he actually told me he had researched my question, and that most people on the alternate list don't get accepted. He said it does happen each year, but not to the extent that he could say we had a great shot. 🙁

Not true...last year they went pretty deep into the waitlist. The waitlist sees a lot of movement in April/May. I believe there were at least 5 or so accepted into late June. Keep your hopes up they do keep a lengthy waitlist. On Dec 1st there were 30 applicants on that list. They accepted 100 with only about 50 returning deposits. They still had about 250 interviews to go Dec 1-March. The movement happens because its such an expensive school. Good Luck.
