I applied to Harvard, Columbia, Michigan, and Penn and haven't heard anything back from them except 'application received/complete' for Columbia on AADSAS.
So I called Penn and asked what my current status of application in the process. They said it's still under review. Well, they said my app was completed in July.
Can I suspect that if it's still under review I only have a very slim chance of getting an interview? If so then when do they generally start sending out rejections?
