This fall's class starts Aug 15th but if you are living on campus you can arrive up to five days earlier so the earliest you can arrive on island and get housing is 8/10 if you are living on campus.
January classes I don't know as it is not listed on the SGU website as of yet but I would assume sometime within the first three weeks of januray probably some where between Jan 8-Jan 21st but I am just guesstamating
