I'm a bit confused about the date. Looking at the CDA website, they state that: "Registration for the DAT exams on November 4, 2017 and February 24, 2018 will open in July 2017 at 10 a.m. EDT"
I assumed this meant that on July 1, it would be open by 10 am EST, but all the testing centers still say closed when I try to register. Is there something I'm missing, or does no one know the date it opens?
