When does UIWRSO call?

I had an interview at UIWRSO and they said they will call everyone on Thursday to give them the decision. Does anyone remember when they called them? around what time? I have a school meeting in the morning and am afraid the connection at school would be poor.
I wish if they would send an email instead of calling.
