When filling out AMCAS, do you include phone numbers OR emails for contacts?

For.the extracurricular activities contacts, in case adcoms want to verify. Can you just enter an email and no phone number?

You can put 000-000-0000 but I'm not sure if it's frowned upon. I would try to find a number if at all possible.
