So I was going through the DAT Destroyer and noticed that many T/F questions are either all true (E) or all false (E).
Is it similar on the real test as well? When in doubt, is selecting E the best option?

Dat destroyer is like that because he wants you to learn things about that certain topic. There's always something to learn from every question.

I didn't see any 'All of the above' answers on the real DAT.
