I havent heard back at all from 5-6 schools. When is it fair to assume that they are rejecting you or just waiting to ii all the top stats first. I have mediocre stats btw, December? January?

Ive been complete at most schools late august

I'd give it two months before I'd worry.

I'm going on almost 2.5 months at two schools but still hopeful.

I think it is safe to say that when the school says all II's have gone out and you have not received one or heard at all from them.

lol don't schools stop sending ii around February at the very latest? That's really late to be dangling along at least with another 4 months to go.

It's not a rejection until you're rejected. It's a long cycle (we go through April and sometimes even May), so, "it ain't over 'til it's over".

Now, just be realistic. If the schools cut off is, say, 3.0/3.0 and MCAT of 22, and you have those identical numbers, you probably won't get an interview until the very end of the cycle. if your stats are good, then patience is a virtue.

meh okay, i have 3.65+/3.5+ w/ 25 mcat. i've been placed on hold on 5-6 schools too.

havent heard back from like 5-6.

dont know the likeliness though, just dont want to have false expectations

That's surprising, your numbers are decent (especially gpa). That many schools holding off on meeting you suggests there is something on your application that is unfavorable. Any ideas?

Ah, that will do it. I assume that with a 25 you have at least one section at or below a 7.
