When is myemcert due?

I took my 10 year exam in 2019. Been following my abem requirements as best as I can, but I think they changed the site recently.

It used to say my Emcert exams were due I think after 5 years? Now it says they’re due in 2019.

I don’t want to get dinged for being late. But due 10 years post initial cert seems funny. What do I need to do?

Their site is all jacked up with the recent changes. Just send them a tech support ticket.

To answer your question, they should be due in 2029. I would still submit a ticket though. They got back to me within 24 hours.

Mine said I had some requirements outstanding that I already did. I emailed them to inquire. To their credit, they emailed me back quickly to clarify. To their discredit, their website should have been fixed ages ago.

Their website has been jacked up for a while. If they were a company marketing to consumers, they would have gone out of business for it. Unfortunately, they are marketing to people who are required to use their services. Hence the reason they just don't fix anything.

Don't worry, you won't be late or penalized. Just take a screenshot and email it directly to [email protected], telling them to correct the dashboard to the year 2029. They know about this error and fix it quickly; the interface will be back to normal in about 1-2 days.

A two-year migration? If it's taken them two years to migrate to a new server/system, their entire IT department needs to be canned.

It 100% does. I actually told them as much when I emailed them.
