Hey guys. So what month is considered "on time" for applying to D schools? I was going to take my mcat early July and apply August, is that too late? Thank you so much.

August would be fine for DO schools. However I would make your application when the cycle opens and complete everything except submitting your MCAT scores so you have everything verified and squared away. It’ll save you a ton of time.

End of Nov, early Dec is late.

I had applied by July but didn't start hearing back til August/September and didn't hear again after that except for one more interview in January. I would think by October and you're good.

Not saying everyone will have the same experience, but I applied in February this cycle, and am grateful to have recently been admitted. I wouldn't recommend applying this late, but I initially thought I'd have zero chance based on what I read online. I'd say to definitely apply as early as you can - but an August application time isn't "too late" for sure.
