Correct me if I'm wrong, but I am under the impression that APA-accredited clinical PsyD and PhD programs MUST inform students of acceptance/rejection by tomorrow, Friday, March 23. Then, students must inform the school if they're going to attend or decline by April 15. Am I correct on this?

Thanks in advance!

I've only ever heard the April deadline.

Anecdotally, there were many programs that never informed me of my rejection or sent me one much later than April (I received a few during the summer and one in August after I had already relocated to another state for the program I was attending).

I've only heard of the April deadline as well. I also had the experience of being notified for rejection late into the summer. I would assume if you haven't heard anything by April 15th then you're probably rejected. The waiting is such agony.

Never heard of the March 23rd date either. I know a APA accredited school that I interviewed at last year did not make their initial offers till around April 7th and I, like the other posters, did not receive some of my rejections until early summer. But you are correct on the April 15th date.
