When removing acids and bases from a solution, what's the correct order?

Are you talking about extractions? If so, I'm not sure if it matters whether you add acid or base first, but you have to add the weak acid or base before the strong. This is because some compunds may be extracted in weak acids or bases and be separated, while other might require strong acids or bases. If yo add the strong acid/base first, both types of compunds will come out and you won't be able to separate the weaker ones.

If anyone could comment on whether acid or base first matters, I'd like to know too!

Yes, I meant to clarify extractions.

I have in my notes:
SA -> WB and SB
WA -> SB
SB -> WA and SA
WB -> SA
I don't remember what each column means, and I didn't write down the order cause it made sense when i learned it lol.

I think your notes are just specifying what can be used to extract what, not any order per se.
Strong acids can extract weak or strong bases, but weak acids can only extract strong bases; vice versa for bases.
