When do I have to write my CV and personal statement in MyERAS to be sure that the programs will have it on September 1st?

August 31. Once you click submit, it's there. It's one of the few things you don't have to rely on somebody else (med school, ECFMG, LOR writers, NBME) to do something, thereby inevitably increasing the time it takes and chances for screw ups.

Of course, once you have them in ERAS, you need to apply to programs and assign documents (PS and LORs) to each program. But that takes 10-30 minutes depending on the number of programs you apply to.
