do you need a special FORM when sending out letter of recommendations DIRECTLY to the dental schools and not through AADSAS?

I think only AADSAS has a matching form for LORs sent to them...and if you send it directly to the dental schools, they don't require any special forms.

If you're sending it to a specific school, you should call the school first and make sure you get it addressed to the right contact. Although you don't need a specific form, you should at least attach a cover letter with all of your information on it to make it easier for them to match it with your file.
