Hi All,
I am currently applying to US med schools, and only have one interview so far. I do not plan to take another year off, so I am starting to think I should think seriously about going to the Caribbean. Do you know how long they give you to accept their offer once you've gotten in? I want to apply as soon as possible, but I don't know if I'm going to have to immediately accept the offer if I get in. Also, do you know if you place a deposit at a Caribbean school, that US schools will know about it? If anyone can answer this I would really appreciate it, thanks 🙂

Im not sure how long there offer is up when you get in.

Check for rolling admissions. AUC does.

Most schools give you 2 weeks to send in a deposit. Other schools would not know unless you told them. But keep in mind there spots fill up quickly for the fall classes in the top 4 Caribean schools, so don't wait too long.
