When should I buy DAT Destroyer?

The current DAT destroyer edition is 2009 right?
When do you think the 2010 one come out?
(When did 2009 edition come out?)

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and asked when the new edition was coming out. This is what they sent back.

I don't have the exact date but no later than January.
