For AMCAS, there's no reason not to submit now, when verification is taking only five days (instead of 3-4 weeks). Applications that are verified will not be sent out to med schools until the end of the month. Even if you think the LOR will take longer to arrive, you still have to submit Secondaries before the Primary will be reviewed for the vast majority of MD schools. Note, there are some that screen your app before sending Secondaries, but LORs are not part of that process.Hi,
I have most of my primary app together for AMCAS and AACOMAS, but I am still waiting on one letter. Ideally, I'd like to have all my letters uploaded so an adcom could review my app in its entirety.
When should I submit my primary app for MD and DO programs? Is it a good idea to wait until I have a 100% completed primary app with all the letters uploaded before submitting?
Thanks!
As to AACOMAS DO schools, I am not familiar with their process.
