When should I take DAT?

DAT 2016 exam review materials come out in October and I have finished the last of my subjects that are tested on the DAT (orgo 2) spring semester 2015. I want to begin studying immediately in october when the review materials are released and then take the DAT over winter break. What do you guys think

Oh then your totally fine. I would take it when you feel ready so you don't have to retake it like I had to.
