When should I take practice tests?

Hi all,

I know this question has been asked a million and one times, but I can't find a solid forum that helps outline this. My exam is in one month exactly. I've gone through FA once and haven't taken any practice tests. Can anyone provide their two cents on which practice tests to take and how often? I'm really clueless...

You would do two practice tests in the last week? I would be worried that would be mentally exhausting more than helpful. (but there's alot I don't know so I'd love to hear why you think this would be best)

I haven't done it. But If it's not the last week, it will be the week before. Not earlier.

I hear people saying that doing 15 about 2wks before, so you can look at your weaknesses and fix them... since it's highly predictive of the real thing. I plan on NBME13 three weeks earlier, and then NBME15 about 2wks earlier.

Nope. That's what SDN is for . Them not providing the answers though shows that those questions/concepts/answer choices are still in the active exam pool so they don't want to make it too easy for us. That's my take anyways.
