Why wait to submit your application? Mid september is on the late side to be just submitting your application. You can apply before taking the DAT. I would start completeing your application now and submit your transcripts to AADSAS as soon as possible - it takes AADSAS a good 6 weeks or more to process your application before it is actually received by schools. Schools will put your application on hold until they receive your DAT scores, so apply as soon as possible and take your DAT when you are ready, but preferably by middle to late August. It takes about 2 weeks for schools to receive your DAT scores after you complete the exam.
