When to Apply? Now, or after I receive scores?

Hey guys, I'll be taking the MCAT on April 1st, and am wondering if I should apply now and let them know I'm taking my exam in April, or send my application in after my score is released? The rest of my application is complete, and I'm currently studying for the test. I know it's a later date and it's late in the process for many of the top SMPs because they're mostly on a rolling application basis. What do you guys think?
